Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Securely place the charger, case, or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all magnetic components and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
